My Responsibilities

I spearheaded the entire project from scratch, beginning with securing the necessary iGaming license for the platform, working with a Curacao license to operate in the Brazilian market. My role involved collaborating with UI/UX and graphic designers to create an intuitive, attractive design that stood out from competitors. I also worked closely with the account manager from SoftConstruct during the development phase, ensuring seamless integration with their systems.

A key component of the project was setting up payment gateways tailored for the LATAM market, ensuring smooth and secure transactions for users. We focused heavily on user experience (UX) and user acquisition strategies, ensuring that BetFly was different from other casino platforms through its attention to detail. My responsibilities expanded to managing the staff hiring process, where I coordinated the recruitment of key specialists including CRM specialists, frontend developers, design experts, customer support representatives, business development specialists, and other essential roles.

For development, we used BetConstruct tools, particularly their CMS, to create and manage the entire casino platform efficiently.
